...who am I kidding?? I love me some rain! Reasons I love rain? Let's reflect.
1. Dressing frumpy is considered acceptable.
2. The eternal ponytail is considered acceptable.
3. Falling asleep and waking up to a pitter patter on the roof.
4. Incresed consumption of soup and warm beverages.
5. It adds a twist to the same old workday.
6. It amuses me that it's sure to be the topic of conversation between friends and strangers alike.
7. Using the highest speed on my windshield wipers makes me giggle because it's so obnoxious.
8. A quick step outside moistens my hair enough to make the frizz go away.
9. Rainy day specials at Subway.
10. Monotonous errands become quick-paced slippery adventures.
It's true, my heart goes out when I hear of floods and mudslides and whatnot. High winds and power outages are not everyone's cup of tea. I think we should enjoy this land-refreshing and life-reviving water while it's here because too much water is always better than not enough.
On the other hand, life inside the house is just about the same. God sent down a miracle and I ended up with A's in both my classes. But... I had just begun to celebrate the success of Fall semester when I discovered my final Chem pre-requisite has its own pre-requisite. I have not one, but two Chem classes to take. And we're talking 5 units with lab and lecture 5 hours a day twice a week kind of thing. I can't even be sarcastically excited about this one, folks.
In other news, I'm thrilled to go home for Christmas. I'll be driving in late Thursday night. Sticking around until Sunday morning, or at least that is the plan for now. When living the jet-setter lifestyle I do, it's just so hard to say.
If I don't hop back on the blog train before Christmas happens, then I wish you all the best. Enjoy the lights, the food, the family.. And give a little thanks that Jesus was born. Xo!

Thursday Shmursday
There are a few updates on my life. I don't intend on reaching 10, but I will number them for organizational purposes.
1. Tommy and I took our Physiology final this morning. I needed a 96% on it to get an A in the class, but I let that dream go weeks ago. The exam was fair, but not in relation to the 1 hour total that I studied. I did okay and I'm happy the semester is done (aside from an online Psych final later today, but that's not real).
2. I can't remember if I've blogged this yet, but I was accepted to Azusa's ELM (entry-level masters) Nursing program for Spring 2012. Woot. In theory, that takes a lot of pressure off the next year of my life, but I hadn't really starting feeling the pressure so it doesn't feel like a relief.
3. I register for classes this afternoon. So far on my list I have Walk/Jog 101 (or something namely similar) and Bowling on Fridays from 11am-1pm. I need a research methods course and another Chem pre-req, but those are waitlisted sooo.... bowling it is!
4. Enough about school... how boring is my blog?!? Yay for the hollyday season! I love to buy presents for people. Also, I want to put Christmas lights on my house but I can't find them. Santa said it was okay if I didn't because I'd rather spend money on gifts than new lights.
5. Speaking of the hollydays (I know it's holidays, but hollydays is cuter), the fambam plus TomTom (the boyfriend, not the GPS) (boy am I overdoing the parentheses!) went to the Christmas tree farm. I'm sure you know this via Steph's blog, but I intend to post pictures in addition to Steph's because mine are probably better (teehee).
I have run out of things to say. Thanks for being one of the 4 people that read this! <3
