Boy oh boy

Life has changed so much in the last two weeks. I got so used to being on a break from school, and now it's back with a vengeance. That leads me to an edition of Ten on Wednesday.

1. Chemistry class is already more work/homework/stress than any class I've taken in a LONG time. It's starting to remind me of Accounting and we all know how much I adored that. It is Tuesday/Thursday from 9:30-2:30 and by the time 2:30 comes around I'm ready to set off stinkbombs in the stairwells and let the air out of my professor's tires.

2. Tommy and I also are taking Walk/Jog for Fitness on Thursday nights. The class is a pretty good size maybe 30ish people, and we walked a 2 mile loop around the school/neighborhood. This week our 2 mile walk/jog is timed. Oh the excitement.

3. My lovely chem schedule has also taken over my work schedule. I normally work 5 hrs/day Mon-Fri, but with school getting out so late in the afternoon I'm left with significantly less hours of work. I'm not looking forward to the harsh reality that will hit when my paycheck comes.

4. Everyone has covered these bases already, but I have to add my two cents. I can't believe it was 7 years ago that Tyler called me at 6-something AM and said, "You're gonna be an Auntie today!" It was also 5 years ago that I missed Cole's birth because I was trapped in an Accounting exam. When I made it to the hospital, my mom told me not to be alarmed because Cole's blue-ish purple face was completely normal for a newborn. I loved holding them as tiny babies and now love even more watching them grow into full-size people.

5. As April approaches, my second year of living on Waverly Glen is ending. The lease will be up and Allison's nuptials will occur. Much uncertainty is looming. Catie and I can't afford the place without a 3rd roommate and things aren't looking good. We also can't find a decent two bedroom place that is affordable. April is coming very quickly and I'm doing a really good job at pretending it's all not happening.

6. I love Hartley dog. I love her giant ears and weird personality. That's all.

7. Tommy and I celebrate 1 year on Feb 10th. He is so wonderful and he makes my life a better place. We're still working on some sort of getaway/adventure to celebrate. Any ideas are very welcome.

8. I felt like I had to write a blog because I'm bursting at the seams with information, but that apparently is not the case as I can't think of anything else to say! So...

9. I hope everyone is happy and healthy.

10. Xo!

  1. Haha, oh Cole, how purple he was. Silly kid.

Maybe you should move back here. I wouldn't complain.
