Ten on Tuesday

1. I have 7 big heavy boxes of files I need to move from the office back to the warehouse, instead I am blogging.

2. Tommy and I went to the DMV this morning. It really is not so painful if you have an appointment and have a cute boy to stare at while you wait.

3. I had a great time being home for the weekend. Even if it was barely a 24 hour trip. Tommy and I went to my parents' house, the Batten house, Colie's tball game, Snapper Jack's and Piercing Pagoda. That's a successful Ventura trip in my book.

4. I look forward to going home next weekend again for Aunt K's graduation party. And again the following weekend for Father's Day/Mom's birthday. The 90ish mile drive isn't so bad when I have a cute boy to stare at in my peripheral.

5. After the DMV this morning, Tommy and I stopped for a quick bite at Red Robin. Our poor haggard waiter looked like he was half asleep and hungover and service took 3 times longer than it should have. If I wasn't in a hurry I would have felt bad for the guy. Instead I just judged him in anger. Well now I feel bad. Dang.

6. I'm not sure if I've mentioned this in the blog before, so pardon me if I have. The professional building next door to work has a business called Club Meds and they sell medical marijuana. Whenever our door and/or window is open and there is a breeze, the smells wafts across and I feel like I'm rolling in a freakin pot field. Sometimes they come in to drop off a copy job and I think I get high just looking at those bloodshot eyeballs.

7. I have baby fever. I wanna hold one and smell one and not give it back.

8. The weather is warming up. I can't wait until the evenings are warm. That's my favorite.

9. I love to watch Stargate SG1 on my iPod while working out. It makes the time fly. I also love to do crunches. I don't love working out my arms though. It's hard and it makes me mad.
